Ordering & payment

Our goal is to ensure the ordering process is as quick and easy as possible; We wont ask you to fill in unnecessary forms, we only ask you the information we need to process and ship your order. Shipping cost and information is displayed on the product page so the total cost is known upfront before you commence the checkout process. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email for reference. We will send a follow up email to confirm when your order has been shipped.

Phone orders are welcome, Call us on 0420 814 987 to provide your order details and we will advise you of our account details for you to make a direct bank deposit payment. Once the funds have cleared we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
