Returns & exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our products, and take great care to ensure each piece is personally inspected before it is dispatched. If you are unsure about any aspect of a product, we encourage you to contact us to discuss and clarify any questions you have before you place your order.
Occasionally damage in transit or faults in manufacturing do occur, if a problem is found;
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to notify us of the fault. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For faulty items we will also refund the return shipping cost.
To return your item for any other reason we can offer you an exchange or full refund of the merchandise value (not including shipping costs).
SALE ITEMS - We can offer a credit note or exchange of the merchandise value (not including shipping costs) for a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
In all cases we request that you contact us first before sending the item back.
For us to process your return we request that the returned item/s are in their original, unused condition including all tags and packaging.
Please keep in mind that (except in the case of incorrectly shipped/faulty goods) return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, we cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit so registered post or courier is recommended.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive them, goods returned after this period will be exchanged or refunded only at our discretion.
After we have received the returned item, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited to your card/account.
Returns will be refunded to the same card/account that made the purchase.
